comCables is proud to welcome its new Regional Sales Manager, Derek Davis, to the team. Derek has more than 20-years of sales experience, five being focused in the structured cable industry. He brings to comCables an expertise in sales distribution as well as an industry-specific knowledge of structured cable solutions and connectivity.

 

 

A Colorado local and University of Colorado graduate, Derek was brought to the structured cable industry by luck. With a background in enterprise software, he was recruited by a national competitor to work in regional sales management, where he managed a $2 Million territory. He managed distributors and contractors in the Midwest and mountain regions. Now playing for the comCables team, Derek will have a large impact on the future direction of comCables distributed products.

 

An avid skier, mountain biker, and golfer, Derek brings the right amount of energy to comCables. When asked about why he is excited about working at comCables and within the structured cable industry, Derek replied,   "I love this industry for the simple fact that it is constantly changing.  Driving that change at comCables will be rewarding." He is especially excited about the people he works with at comCables and the dynamic company culture. Derek is looking forward to a bright future at comCables where he can connect his natural sales talents and energy to help catapult comCables’ success into 2012.
